We currently have around 8 active volunteers on the committee who attend forums and panel meetings on behalf of Putney Vale residents, write newsletters, organise activities and events, apply for grant funding and more.
We always welcome more volunteers, so if you're keen to get involved please get in touch - infoPVRA@gmail.com
The Community
There are around 370 homes on Putney Vale Estate with around 1500 residents. The homes are predominantly maisonettes, as well as flats and houses, occupied by a mixture of leaseholders, council tenants, sublets and freeholders.
All residents are welcome to attend public meetings of the association of which there are four each year. Find the meeting minutes HERE.
Use the Love Clean Streets to report issues such as fly-tipping, abandoned cars, graffiti , broken refuse bins, overgrown trees, broken paving, damaged street furniture and street lights, potholes and more.
We are so fortunate at Putney Vale that we have space dedicated to community gardening. Perfect for residents without a garden of their own, or if you're hoping to meet fellow green-fingered residents.

Newlands Hall, £6
Under Construction
Newlands Hall is run by a team of volunteers who take bookings for the hall, using the funds to maintain and improve the hall, both. as a facility and an asset for the community. While the outside area is not for hire, the patio area is being improved for residents to come and enjoy - with summer butterfly gardens where children are invited to sprinkle seeds, and a mud kitchen for young children to enjoy all year round.
New for 2023, we have installed a homework bench - with wifi access. And an outdoor community library where residents can take and swap books. There are books for all ages, and (almost) all genres.
Putney Vale Residents Association organises events for the community bring us closer together, find like-minded friends and share our ideas to make our estate better.
We are lucky to have connections with Enable who organise weekly exercise sessions for the benefit of Putney Vale residents, though others are welcome to attend too.
St. John the Baptist Church are also hosting activities for all to join, which we're very excited about.
Any group or club that wishes to organise activities where our community are invited to participate will receive special discounts when booking Newlands Hall.
